To be a Man

To be a man, you must be a strong, respectable, honest, and caring person.  A man must be strong enough to protect his family and to help those who need help.  Being a man doesn't mean that you have to get all the girls, be the strongest, or shun your feelings.  No, being a man means to be able to do what's right.  Girls want a man that will respect them, love them, and are able to talk to them.  A man must respect others and himself if he wants others to respect him back.  A man must be able to care about other people's feelings and wellbeing.  He must be able to help them if necessary.  You also have to be able to express your feelings.  But that doesn't mean that you have to show it.  By expressing your feelings means to not deny how you truly feel.  If you do deny your true feelings, then that'll just chew you up inside.  Besides, girls also like a man who can talk about their feelings.  Also it's a very good thing to be honest.  That also goes with being a respectable person.  I have to admit though that I don't really express my feelings.  That is probably one of the hardest things a man can do.  But you have to be able to do it.  But other than that, I am a strong, respectable, sometimes honest, and caring person.  I normally always feel compassion for others that are going through a hard time.  Some people may not respect me, but I still respect them.  Even though I don't want to, I still do.  So this is just part of what it means to be a man.  I could go on with a full fledged speech, but that would take way to long, and I dought people will sit long enough to read it all.

Feelings

Never before have I felt love for another person as I do now.  This girl is just the most amazing girl that I have ever met.  Although she believes that she isn't good enough for me but I disagree.  She is one of the best things that has ever happened to me.  She's smart, beautiful, talented, and many other things that I wish to know about her.  It was fun going to Prom with her.  Yeah the first hour was sort of a downer, but after that, it was no joke, the best time I have ever had in my life.  She is also the first girlfriend that I have ever had.  And I hope it stays that way.  But I can't predict the future, but I can sure work at it.  Yeah it's true I have liked other girls, but they were just missing something that I just cannot describe.  But with her, I can feel like nothing is really missing from this.  I don't care what others have to say about it, they cannot change how I feel about her.  It's actually really weird though.  Before we were together, no one really paid much attention to us, but ever since we've been dating, now everybody wants to talk to us or listen to us.  But it's like she said, we're both outsiders.  Alone no one notices us, but together they want to get to know us.  She's the one that most of the time knows what to say, and I'm the one trying to figure out the right thing to say.  We both have many things in common, and many differences.  We both have our own stories to tell.  Like the one other post called "This Life", that's just a brief view of how my life has been told in a third person point of view.  As I see her, I see a girl with a very kind heart if she's treated kindly.  To me, she is just the most amazing girl that I love to be with.  And I don't care that I'm a guy who is admitting my feelings.  Because it takes a real man to be able to admit his feelings.  Those who just shun them are the ones who are afraid.  They may not act like it, but inside, they are afraid.  So go ahead, make fun of me, I don't care.  I love her and that's all that matters.

This life

Once upon a time, there was a boy and his younger siblings who was taken from his mother and put into an orphanage.  The boy went to many different families because he was unwanted and betrayed by many who had him.  The day he was taken from his mother was a day that he will never forget.  In one of those foster homes that he went to, his younger brother began to cry for some reason.  So the caretakers blamed that boy and took him and his brother out for a ride and went out to the middle of nowhere and left them there for a while just to scare them.  They came back after a while but the boy was only 4 years old and his brother was 3.  It amazes me how cruel people in this world can be.  One day a person came over to ask that boy if he wanted to go to another family that might wanted to adopt him.  Considering what happened to the boy, he said yes without any hesitation.  So he went to their home and he felt like he was being rejected.  Soon the family decided that they didn't want the boy, but fortunately, that boy's younger brother and sister were getting adopted by a different family and so that family found out and they wanted the boy.  When they came to get that boy, he saw them and just went into their car, closed the door, and never looked back at the family that didn't want him.  A few months later the boy turned 6 years old and that was his first celebrated birthday.  The boy, though, took a while to be able to trust anyone again.  But the boy soon was able to trust people.  He was adopted by the family, and is now happy to be with them.  There are other things that happened to him that won't be told.  But all this happened from when he was 3 years old to when he 5 and a half years.  So here is a true story on what happened to a certain boy.
